Crisis Response and Emergency Management are inextricably linked to assessment and planning. To that end, Osprey International is capable of delivering relevant and risk assessments effective crisis response and emergency management policies, plans, systems and procedures.


In order to support a client to develop and maintain a client’s capacity and capability to respond and manage situations, Osprey International’s services include:


  • Project management to establish and maintain incident response and emergency management capabilities;
  • Design and delivery of tailored training in crisis response and emergency management leadership and skillsets;
