CODE OF CONDUCT

Osprey International delivers services that are founded on both ethical and compliance parameters. To that end the Company maintains selected institutional membership and operates under the requirements of key codes and regulatory frameworks.

In delivering services globally, Osprey International adheres to the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Companies and the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights. It maintains membership of the Australian Security Industry Association Ltd (ASIAL) and corporate partnership of the Risk Management Institution of Australasia (RMIA).

Osprey International associates with clients and partners who share its ethical foundations. Specifically the Company guards itself against any potential conflict of interest and engages clients and partners who are not involved in pursuing political or illegal activities.

The Company’s ethical standards are rigidly applied to its recruiting processes. This assures that all staff, contractors and consultants are selected appropriately, remain adaptable to the specific regulatory environments they find themselves working in and abide by Osprey International’s Code of Conduct. It is mandatory for all individuals to perform their duties with absolute confidentiality and honesty, while affording all tasks the necessary diligence to ensure legislative and ethical boundaries are not compromised.
